I bought the Mustang Super Solo with the backrest. My very initial break in ride was 775 miles. Loved it then and with another 12,000 miles on it still enjoying the ride. I'm taking my bike into the dealer this week and they are installing new bars which will eliminate my upper neck/shoulder pain. I plan on doing both a 1000 mile ride (which I have already once but not documented) and then the Iron Butt 1500. Should be easy with my setup. Best of luck in your search.

Was at where you are at a a year and a half ago.
Tried a bunch. Had the C&C, all the harley seats etc.etc. etc.
Always thought about the Corbin but reading on the web that they were hard riding. Maybe many years ago but I bought the "Corbin Classic Solo" after sitting on one at bike week and it by far is the best seat ever for this bike. Bought the back rest as well but never use it.
I did have back surgery 2 years ago and really didn't know if I would ever ride again.
This seat is a perfect blend between not being to soft or hard. They made a custom pattern on it for me and it rocks.
Friend of mine has a auto shop and 3 days ago a upholstery friend of his came in and saw my motorcycle sitting there and immediately commented on how nice this seat is. Quality if the leather is sooo nice.
Corbin will send you a seat for you to try on your bike to first before you order one.
The cost is a little more than some of the others but for such a important part of your bike it's
WELL worth it!!!
Do I miss my C&C seat? Not for one minute!
Your back will thank you for years.
