It's been 10 days now since "lenbt" posted the first pic of a deserted area that's usually packed. Should we declare him the winner and ask him to come up with a new challenge?

From what I read above, phil48315 posted a pic of a sign however it was not accepted as a win. Don't understand why.
Weather is improving all over and with the social distancing riding, many are getting back out there. So to get back to a little normalcy, I think phil48315 should post a new challange to get this game back on tract with maybe a "NON-Covid-19" subject.
