I took this last fall, so it does not count, but I got a laugh out of this sign in upstate NY, about 10 mikes north of the NJ boarder.

 

I'll be riding around some this weekend. I'll keep an eye out.

 

If I ride on Monday I hope to grab one from the resturant down the street from my house.

 

If we don't get an entry by Tuesday, I call hairymoth's pic a win and he can post up the next challenge.

BTW, can't remember when - it must have been a long time ago - but I've seen that sign. The paving looks like it is from the 18th century also .

 

I have a lead on a pic .. I don't think it'll happen before Tuesday though. I'll try tomorrow, but the rain is suppose to move in later. So ... no promises.

OK, It took a little time but that is the kind of sign I had in mind. Almost as good as my " Steak and Lobster Dancing Nightly" sign we had seen.

I'm glad the owners didn't change the sign. It's had that up there for 2 months now. They had another smaller one that said "February 14th, you know what to do" but I didn't see it until I was leaving.

Have we done a cigar shop lately? Or at all? I enjoy a nice cigar every now and then so why not. Not a smoke shop or tobacco shop, a real cigar shop that you can ACTUALLY smoke in (the ones i know of are BYOB too [with paid membership]). Helmet or gloves hangin on/off some part of bike. BONUS points for cigar pic too. My favorite cigar is an Acid toast.
