Who knew hot dog stands were so rare these days?

 

Yep couldn't find any mobile hot dog stands around me. This one was intended to be permanent, but might qualify as temporary, as they only lasted about a year before going out of business.

I can live with that. I was on the verge of modifying it to include permanent hot dog establishments. I know we have a temporary one in my town but the space it usually occupies is currently filled by a fireworks stand. 😃

Cool! Since I passed a corn field in a place I wasn't expecting a corn field today while going to the hot dog place, how about a picture of your touring bike with a corn field in the background. GoG on bars or seat, as that seems to be the standard.

 

Forgive me, but what is GoG ?

 

As I understand it, "Glasses or Gloves" on seat or bars - intended to ensure that the photo being submitted for the challenge is indeed a new one, and not one someone had taken in the past, as the point of the challenge thread is to get people to get out and ride.

In the photo challenge thread in the Softail forum (where I was until about a month ago) it was normally just GoS, or "Glasses on Seat".

TBH, I don't really care if someone posts an old pic, but I figured I'd stick with the standards here, since I'm new...
