Default Inner Fairing Question

It occurs to me that I may be posting this in the wrong thread, but I didn't see anything specific to body parts. I have an 07 StreetGlide that I need a new inner fairing for. I can get a good deal on one from a 2013. I have been told that it will fit my 07 if I drill it for the throttle cables. Can anyone confirm this? Also equally important is the switch cover. the 2013 fairing doesn't have a switch cover. Will my 2007 switch cover work with the 2013 fairing?

you'll have to drill the throttle cable holes on 08 up and the switch cover is the same

I believe the hole bolt pattern for the air deflectors are also different.
