I have the same Corbin seat.... kind of hard but I like it and the wife likes it as well.

The bike is looking great and I especially like the idea of keeping your stock tins since they are unique to that year and will increase your resale value.

 

I have a hunch that thing is going to look pretty cool real soon. I love my Ultra, and have stripped it downsome too, but I don't want to go too far with it. I like having the tour pak on full time, but I took off the guards and trim, removed the bumpers - front and rear, and installed the smaller rear directionals like you did.
