covering plates

The program we used to use at the dealership was for tracking down people who decided to stop paying the dealership (which was a bank for financing too) and repo cars. It was done through a password protected link for the Utah DMV, that not just anyone can have obviously, but our dealership had permission to use (for a cost of course.) If I remember right, the cost was about $20 each time a check was ran, so we were careful not to abuse it, but we could.... I'm not interested in trying to prove it to you any further than that.

Therefore, the following statement is not necessarily true.
I have not turned on or off any picture feature on my phone, I ain't that smart.
I'm still waiting.
And remember, there are a few people that live in my house, all of them are very proficient with firearms, which there are also a few of.

I just happen to own a Superman cape, which makes me bullet proof. And that is under my Harry Potter Cape of Invisibility. You cannot shoot what you cannot see. If you do, you might just catch the ricochet! I do not pose any threat to you, or your family. I am only dangerous to myself. I am also not going to ask about your work at "BJ Services". You only have yourself to answer to for that commitment! )

I am to entertain.
And you did not get that info from that pic...
The first part came from my profile information here.
The middle part is most likely from Facebook.
The last part was probably from a professional networking site... there are a couple out there, and my resume' is posted.
But none of that info came from "picture data" or DMV... a Google search with the profile information we provide on forums can produce a lot of info.
I'm not a secretive person, nor am i afraid of the "internet boogeyman".
I have been in the oilfield for 19 years, started with an outfit called NOWSCO, who was purchased by BJ Services in 1996. BJ Services was a Fortune 500 company, the third largest pumping services company in the world, a multi-billion dollar high pressure pumping services company in the oilfield, who, in 2011 iirc, was bought out by Baker Hughes for an amount in excess of 5 billion dollars.
...and I've got some good stories about having fun with our company name.

Give me a link where I can look someone's plate up.
I call bullshit.
LEO's, yes, they can.
But if it were that easy, they can track you down after they see your plate at WalMart...
OR
They could just follow you home.
If someone wants to come track me down from California or Vermont or wherever, I'm in San Antonio, Texas....

Ask and ye shall recieve. http://verispy.com/dmv/license-plate...Fa1j7AodTCAABA You can look up someones plate info, but it will cost ya.,,
Easier to do a google search.
For the same money, you could do a full criminal background check on me with all sorts of records, and not need a plate
I still contend that covering or blurring plates is useless, and a waste of time... but if it makes a fella feel better, I'm not against it either.

OK, here's one example.
I'm a nut, LEO. You make this statement. I cross reference your plate #, and BANG<BANG<BANG. ATF's knocking on your door.
Busted.

Owning firearms?
Being proficient with firearms?
Carrying a CHL? They already know that...
