Default '12 RG with FM 117 has no spark

Hello HD forums, I am a new member but have viewed this site for quite some time, stealing ideas from you guys! Anyway, I just got my FM 117 together and attempted to start it and come to find out I have no spark. I have 200 psi in each cylinder w/ ACR's disconnected, I can smell fuel in the exhaust and on the plugs, but am missing spark. The bike is a 2012 RG, FM 117, Rev Perf. bottom end, SE 58mm throttle body, HPI 5.3's Drago's Dragula 2-1, Power Vision and a couple other things, but they shouldn't matter for this issue I wouldn't think. I do have RPM's reading on my tach and PV so I believe the CKP is ok. I have checked to make sure all plugs are plugged in and nothing is pinched. I do get oil pressure, the bike is in neutral, run switch is on, I believe most the silly stuff is correct. I have 4.89v feeding the CKP and 2.5v coming out while cranking. There is a strong 12v feeding the coil. I checked for spark with the plugs in w/ an inline tester, as they don't spark well or at all if not installed. I also checked to make sure the TBW from the grip & the TMAP were functioning on the PV as well. The TB actuator did have a couple bad wires in it, but none touching each other, that has been fixed but did not solve this problem. I am not seeing any codes either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am probably missing something simple.
Thank you, sorry for the long post from a new guy.

If you don't have the proper cranking rpm it wont spark. If you installed roller rockers you need to clearance the valve covers. I see you 220 ccp so it kind of rules that out as an issue.

Double check your TBW wiring where it plugs in to the main harness. If one is in the wrong place it will crank and show RPM but not fire. Don't ask me how I know, but lets say been there done that

sporacer, thank you for your response. I am cranking over @ +-290 rpm according to my PV. I do have Woods directional lifters and FM adjustable pushrods & the valve covers do not come in contact with the rockers.

Thank you " The Q", I will take a look at that next.

Are the spark plug wires reversed at the coil?

prolly the tbw is the problem.
They don't want it to run if it is not in complete control of the throttle. And you prolly dont either.. it could be wide open for all the computer knows…

I got it figured out! sporacer, you were correct, and I thought I had that all squared away. I was clear on my rear valve cover but touching on my front cylinder on the intake valve, I hadn't cleaned out enough material and it was still touching it. I have only gotten a hundred miles on it today but it seems to be pretty impressive. Thank you all for all your help.
