Touring cover suggestions

Hi,
I am looking to buy a bike cover for my 2014 FLHXS to be used just for touring.
I will have no antennas on the back starting next week, but will have the "aero" two up luggage rack and the low sissy bar.
I need something that folds up small, takes up little room.
Water resistance is good but not the major consideration.
Mainly I want to hide the bike when I'm parked at a hotel somewhere.
I have the deluxe HD cover for at home so I'm .. err .. covered.
The cover should be a full cover, preferably water repellent if possible.
But, as mentioned, a thin fabric that folds up small may not be the strongest but if it works it works.
Any recommendations as to brand, model, size - would be greatly appreciated. Post links if you got em.

If it's windy, the cover doesn't go on. If I don't get to the hotel early enough to clean the bike that evening, the cover doesn't go on.
There have been lots of nights w rain showers.... And my seat is dry when I start off the next morning. Well worth storing a damp cover for that day. The cover then comes out at that nights hotel, and is dry before the bike is cool enough for it to be put on.....
Wife and I take several long trips each year (14K miles in 2013) and we both have these covers. They're well used and we're about ready for new ones.....
I also sleep better knowing the bike is shielded from prying eyes.....
Yeah, it won't stop a thief, but it keeps the casual jerk away......

The magic words were "siliconized nylon".
I had a high end backpacking tent made from this (also called "silnylon") - GREAT stuff !

I've used Exigent products for over 15 years (long enough that I've replaced one from wear, have 2 for each bike, both indoor storage & waterproof for travel) with good success.
They are Made In USA product of excellent quality.

I carry the one from Wal-Mart. I only put it on if I think it will rain over night. The only thing I'm really trying to do is keep the seat from getting wet. we all know how if it rains, the seat seems to absorb water and then it comes out when you set on it. Then the seat of your pants is wet most of the day (which causes chaffing for me). I've used that cover about 3 or 4 times so far (last time was at BB&B last year). When its on covering from the front tire to the back, it stays kinda puffed out. I guess it might flap about on the bags, but I haven't noticed any problems yet.
also, it folds up and goes in its own bag. I would say that it compressed to half the size of a football.
