Leaf blower, wipe down with a microfiber cloth, then a quick spray wax and wipe if it's not time for a proper wax.

I don't wash, haven't put water other than rain on my bikes in 8 years.

I use a detailer or Harley cleaner. Spray on heavy, wipe dirt off, then get into cleaning it.

No brainer..... Leaf blower. You probably already have one, but if not they're cheap. Just dont get sucked in to the HD product or the air force/dedicated dryers,.... They're just leaf blowers for more money... You'll end up paying double or more for the same thing

As said many times already...Home Depot leaf blower followed by a spray and wipe using a microfiber cloth.

Man, and all this time I thought I was sooo clever with the leaf blower ...
Obviously great minds think alike.

Anyone ever mess with any sort of water filter that snaps on the hose?
I live in Sicily, and hte water here is FULL if all sorts of stuff that leaves a wicked residue even after a blow dry and wipe down. (It'll also give you these neat little tumors if you drink enough of it!)
I can't be out there with 15 bottles of Evian, so I thought I mention it here.

I live 25 miles from Evian; there is enough CaCO3 and MgCO3 in Evian water (309mg/L) to leave scale marks after drying. Water "filters" must remove cations (metals) and unfortunately they don't.
