What kind of prep is normally required to make these ready for paint?

 

Usually their is some slight skim of filler, sanding, and primer required before paint. Compared to other bags these ones require minimal work before paint but it is still required.

 

Does Eastern PC offer painting with Harley OEM colors? If so, what's the pricing? Just wanted to compare a local painter and you as I'm considering.
