Really?? Hard to call them shocks, or maybe "shocks" is the correct term after-all???

Don't know anything about Bikers Choice but Bitchin Baggers will set the height to what you want and will also tune the shocks to how much weight will be carried on the bike. I have had 2 sets done from them and both were outstanding. The 11.5 shocks will only drop you a half inch from your stock Street Glide shocks whereas you can have your stock shocks set lower if you wish. Although I would caution going more than an inch (3/4 preferably) lower than stock for a Street Glide rear or you will get some bottoming on potholes or other roughness in the roads. When your bike bottoms the rear, you will know it as its pretty jarring.

If that is a sissy bar on your bike and you carry someone you treasure, then buy yourself some quality shocks! Follow Twin Cam's link to HDF sponsor Motorcycle Metal and give Howard there a call.

with suspension parts you definitely get what you pay for - I'd go with a rebuild before putting cheap shocks on my good bike. FWIW I did put them on my superglide, but that's just a toy, so I don't mind the soft bouncy ride...
