Have you tried it again since you turned bike off?
HD has been having some issued with these new radios.
Controls froze up on mine a few times in sturgis last year.
Turning bike off then on corrected it.
But main problem was the bad skip.
Dealer is putting second reconditioned radio in as first one went haywire too.

 

I hada cd get stuck in mine they replaced it under warranty and now the new one every now and then after I turn the ignition on it works after I start the bike it reboots and sometimes it will display 00.1,00.7 and 0.10 and so on down where the presets diplay its going bake to.
I also have a 06 Road Glide if you windshield is stock and rubbing along the bottom black area take it in and get a nice new windshield.

 

disconnect the battery then reconnect and try........on mine i could'nt set time but this winter i took battery out and when i reconnected i could set time once again......

Sure did try it and nothing. It's gotta go to the dealer this week.
