Thanks for all the great tips. I do have some cable lube and the SE TBW without the green plug. I'll look for a piece of small chain and maybe some of that wire loom. Good thing is, I got the throttle out so now I can start fresh again with a clear head. I'll try pulling the TBW and switch bundles together.

cut the green plug out...it will give you bags of more room.
Using a braided sleeve over all the wires makes pulling a breeze ...this stuff compresses tighter the more you pull it.

Op , I know how you feel .I used 8mm & 10mm heat shrink from harbor freight and electrical tape to make the wires stiff and easier to push. I used nylon string to pull with, I put a barrel hitch on the wiring bundle and taped about 8 inches up used Dawn dish soap for lube.
I have always pulled TBW first then the rest. Lots of lube, used string and a nut then a piece of chain or weed eater string. I likethe chain better as it doesn't come loose from the wires as easy.
