I love chrome but I think too much chrome is just...well..too much...to me a bike is supposed to be dressed in chrome accent not chrome color and I laugh when I see a bike full of chrome from head to toe...I originally wanted to black out all the chrome ala HD Dark Custom but well...I cannot get rid all of my chrome....as much as I hate chrome I still love chrome and everybody is going all black now, all black becoming so yesterday...confusing eh???

So I tried black out with chrome blend on my handlebar area and I love it, so I decided I want to have black and chrome blend... Does anyone have a picture of tasteful blend of black and chrome in a bagger?? The body can be in any color with black and chrome accents for the rest...

Wow, that first paragraph of your post is a walking talking contradiction. As much as I love this forum I still hate this forum.

I would like to see some wild blend of chrome. Black handlebar with chrome master cylinder and black switch cover, or all black handlebar area with chrome buttons, black passing light housing with chrome ring, black saddlebag rail with chrome joint, chrome fork slider with black fork!! Go wild with a lot of imagination! Imagine blend of black/polished/chrome just like stock harley engine/primary, transmission color scheme but all over the bike...

the 09 Street Glide. I was on the fence about black and chrome as well. Forks are Arlen Ness, but cowbells, center fairing skirt and headlight trim ring are powder coated black. Breather is contrast, some covers, etc. Led's are Boogey Lights. Was running the TL Phase 7 with Custom Dynamics in all other lights. One pic is the Glide sitting with my 14 Limited. so now I have to start all over again on what will be black, etc. LOL. Ride safe and remember it's your bike and be as creative as you like. I also am not a fan of all black or chrome from stem to stern, but to each his own.
