Best performing exhaust on the market!

RE: Best performing exhaust on the market!
Here is a link where several 2-1 and 2-2 pipes were tested on a 95" build. Drop down to post 12 and 13. https://www.hdforums.com/m_546476/tm.htm. I put these in order of torque numbers. Thunderheader and Bassani out performed the Supertrapp. Not by a lot, but enough. It also depends on which number you are comparing, torque or HP. For torque Thunderheader 2-1 were king, and for horsepower the Bassani 2-2 outperformed everything. All of the numbers are subjective. Two different people can get very different numbers from the same pipes depending on the controller they chose, the air cleaner (ness, SE, force whider, etc), even the dyno used.
Hot Bike just tested 3 pipes on a stock 2007 FLTRI.
D&D Police Interceptor slip-ons HP 65.28 TQ 79.46
Bassani Road Rage (2-1) HP 68.4 TQ 83.33
Rhinehart True Duals HP 69.19 TQ 83.13
Seeing that it's torque that gets you moving the Bassanis barely beat out the Rhineharts.

Come on people you can't compare any 2-2 to a 2-1 just by looking at the peak TQ & HP.I went from True Dual Rineharts in 2005 that had 103lbs of peakTQ, Then I went with a 2-1 Thunderheader that only pumped out 104lbs of peakTQ. But down in the low RPM it had 20more lbs of TQ and over all had 8 more peak HP. Every build is going to be different along with all the different exhaust systems available. I'm sure I could get better #'s with a different 2-1 but I like the sound of my Thunderheader so it will be on my RK until it falls off.

To the original question... if you are looking for "PEAK" numbers, then the answer is probably the Super Trapp. However, if you care about power where you use it most ofter.. then it's probably the D&D FatCat. The FatCat makes big torque much earlier than the others, but does not "peak" as high.
It really depends on what YOU want/like...

Just realized that the link in above post didn't work. Here is a ranking of 2-1s and 2-2s. https://www.hdforums.com/m_546476/mp.../tm.htm#546476(post number 12 & 13)
In that test of 19 pipes on one bike the Thunderheader was the king of Torque (100.7) and the Bassani Pro Streets (2-2) were the king of HP (101). This test was from American Thunder's Night Train build.
