Default Street Glide rear fender clean up - opinions/suggestions please

Gents,
so I recently purchased a 2012 FLHX that already has 4" extended bags from Fairing Factory. But the rear fender is stock. I really don't care how it looks with extended bags, plus I don't like the look of the mustache lights/turn signals/license plate holder on the back. So I'm thinking of cleaning that area up.

Is buying a CVO fender (like this one http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...-fender-system ) my only option?
If so, how would i also integrate the license plate a little better?

I love my Top Shop Rear fender. I had them flush in a LED tail light as well

I have their stretched bags too.

you can buy that fender from kutter for 800 bucks or buy an overlay that simply goes on top of your existing sg fender.

yes, I saw it on kutter. My 2 questions are: 1) can I get buy it already color matched? 2) that kit doesn't really integrate the license plate / stop signal, does it?

But that's a CVO fender, right?

That looks to be a stock fender with the Plasma rods.

Only comes primed and the the kit comes with everything you need to convert to a cvo rear end.

It's the stock fender all in I have about 500.00 bucks into it. The Fender tip light is the brake conversion from HD that just was plug and play.
