I prefer the Denim. My wife told me I could get a new one but only if it was Vivid. Marriage is all about compromises...

Even still, I love it and as you can see by looking at the pictures in my Sig I'm embracing the black with matching accessories. Having a black bike sure reduces the want to chrome out a bike. Suddenly the black switch housings and other stock parts fit right in.

I love my denim black SG. Yes, I would buy it again.

Easy cleaning with windex.

Most think denim black bikes should be blacked out, but I love the contrast of shiny & rough parts.

Default Vivid

Love the vivid but if you think in any way it's less up keep you're wrong. Black shows everything!!! Wouldn't want any other color!!!

I agree on the contrast. I do appreciate the effort and look of a black out but I prefer a nice balance. I would do a Vivid again.

denim is real sic. easy to maintain with a quality glass cleaner and the occasional soap and water bath if real dirty.

I have the vivid black it's a pita to keep clean , I wish I would have got the denim black a hell of a lot easier to clean and quicker
I am hoping to have mine painted a flat crimson. IMHO go with the denim

They both look great. If you can afford it and its what you want, go for it. The bike you have looks great too.

Boyer8 got it right, I have a vivid and LOVE it. Wash and polish, it looks great, within 5 minutes or 5 miles theres already a dust coating.

Would I change colors...Nope!

I've heard that the denim wears a bit different where your knees hit the gas tank.
Is this so?

I have bought about a whole new set of tins and am contemplating having it all painted denim, then again I may keep everything for a just in case moment.
