Only a small amount of oil is required for lubing the internal parts in the fork tube. The mono tubes themselves are a sealed unit. OEM seals are fine. I reinstalled my old seals, only 5k on them, and after 15k I have no issues.
That's probably a good idea. Depending on the lower legs you get you may or may not need additional seals for drain screws etc. Make sure you look at what's included with the lower legs, most won't include any seals from what I've been told, mine didn't. All I needed were the tube seals (reused the stock ones) and the crush washers for the bottom mono tube retention bolts that go in from the bottom of the legs.

When u say seals for drain screws do u mean the crush washers at the bottom of the legs at the axel?
