We have expert engine builders on HDF as sponsors, call in the Tech Engine section and take a look around. I agree with others that the entire engine deserves a ground up rebuild, with that mileage, which gives you the opportunity for a serious injection of performance, if that is what you fancy. S&S has recently introduced a 124" conversion kit, which comes with new crank, cylinders and pistons........

I would go through the bottom end, as others have suggested as well.

For around 5K you can have Fuel Moto put together a 117 that will make monster power. If you don't want that much power or want to save a little cash, I would still go through the bottom end and look at an FM107 kit. The FM107 kit is fantastic.

Even if you stick with your Big Bore or SE110 route, go through the bottom end.

That's exactly the way I would go.
