Default Wheel Swap - 2005 to 2008 - Does it Work

I just put new wheels and tires on my 2005 Road Glide. My buddy has a 2008 Ultra with laced wheels that he hates (cleaning). He wants my 2005 stock silver 9 spoke wheels for his 2008 Ultra.

It looks like per the HD website, as long as we install the correct Wheel Installation Kit with the 25mm axel spacers, seals and bearings we would be good.

But what about the rotors (he has Brembos, NON-ABS) and the cush drive on the rear wheel.

Anyone ever do this before and have any solid advice? I would love to get rid of these wheels, already taking up too much room. And money would help offset my costs for the new wheels.

Thanks fellas.
