Default Replacing road rash

Took a spill and ground flat spots in my engine guard and right bag guard. I'm looking on ebay and see this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Engine-Guard...3d98be&vxp=mtr The seller is tmshelmet, I've seen the name here before but don't remember if it was good or bad. Thoughts?

99.5% feed back rating is pretty damn good.
Check is selling history also.....do a little investigating.
Sure does sound legit on a quick look.

I found another thread about the seller. This thread is about lower fairings, but it's the same seller. "Some folks on the forum have had good luck with tmshelmet, I didn't. Farings came spotted from putting bubble wrap on before the paint was dry. Then misaligned standoff. Sent me broken used part for replacement. After opening a case with ebay took over 6 weeks to get this done and ended up them giving me 30.00 to use the broken part. Got nothing but a run around from the people on the phone. Save yourself an ordeal and if the fairings have any damage send them back right away and don't mess mwith these people."
