Default Headlight 2014 SGS

I just installed the Custom Dynamic Run/Turn signals front and rear on my '14 SGS. Love 'em! But now, my headlight looks yellow compared to the white running lights. No luck in searchingfor my particular application.
Has anyone upgraded the bulbs in the stock headlight to a whiter light? I don't want the Daymaker or the TL7. I would just like a functional whiter light that matches and that won't break the bank and won't burn out in 3-4 months.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and ride-on my friends.

I use the CD Dynamic Rings along with an HID headlight. They match perfectly.

You could try a silverstar (if they make one for a harley). The TL7 matches great with the dynamic ringz, that is what I am running along with a Kriss modulator so I can be seen.

Had the same problem on my 12. I ended up using a Phase 7 Truck Lite. I use the Custom Dynamics on the back of my new bike. Not sure I'll switch the front because of the issue you're having.

vickers, are you using the HID from SoCalMotoGear.com? if so, or not, which one and how long has it lasted?

I was in the same situation as you. I tried the silverstar ZXE but it burned out after approx. 1000 miles. (and still not as white)

don't waste your cash, go with the TL7 right off the bat (JMO)

I transferred a Kuryakin LED headlight from my '11 FLHX to '14 FLHXS and works perfect. Per lead HD tech, "is better, brighter than Daybreaker"...,,, might need harness adapter for proper installation fit....

The hd reflector led matches your dynamic ringz and looks better than others, but is pricey.

Thanks to all for the replies. I'm going to the Colorado Motorcycle Expo this Saturday, maybe I'll find something there, if so I'll let Yawl know.

I use the PIAA Extreme white lamps. Much brighter and whiter. 76.00 for the pair on Amazon.
