Advise on Full Face helmet

From the beginning a helmet must fit like a glove and this depends on your morphology. There is no "Best" helmet as such and leading makes don't fit the same way from one model to another.
I was quite happy with 'Chevignon' and 'Shoe' but find the 'Schuberth' of superior quality. Try the helmet while wearing your sunglasses to simulate going into darkness (tunnel).

Probably going to be your best bet at your price point...

Beware also the modular helmets you see at Harley oriented swap meets and the like. Only half a step up from the toy kaiser helmets they are sitting beside. I saw one that used little plastic pins. Both as the swivel and the lock. I'm pretty sure my kids Darth Vader full face helmet would be about as effective in a crash.
Sub $200, I'd say you're looking at the Bilt line of helmets. Not great, but not horrible either. As mentioned above, you've got to try it on to see if it actually fits your melon comfortably.

The Bell Revolver Evo is a great helmet, it's based on their vortex line, looks good and is light weight.
The Scorpion exo 900 is amazing as well, it's bigger n bulkier, but you can cover it to a 3/4 helmet quickly and easily. It's also one of the only modular helmets that passed the Snell certification test.

You are going to have to try on what you wear in a full face. Mine has all removeable liner and I replaced the cheek pads to a thinner set. I would probably set the standards up a few notches. Once I found one to fit, I would then do the searches till I found the best deal. Out of courtesy you may want to ask the brick and mortar store if they could match the price. I got my Shoei since it was a year end model on line for 2/3 off (around $200). Picked up two complete liner and cheek pad sets on ebay for $40. Do have to pull off my glasses to get it on but it is ounces lighter then most modulars and even my 3/4 HJC S3. With the visor up, it's tolerable into the 90 degree range.
