Here's my issue, is there a difference between the Mutzua 6.5 lowers vs. the ebay lowers? My specific goal is to add 6.5 inch speakers and I don't know if that's easily possible with the tmshelmet version.

Careful when you heat up those DB651's with that Soundstream. The DB651 is only rated for 60 watts, and the amp (if it's the same one I had) is rated well over that. I popped one within a couple of days, went back with Polk MM651's that are rated at 100w. That amp really sounded good, but killed my radio reception. Post up on how the lowers turn out, I'm considering these myself.

Screws part number is 10200012. You will need 8 of them.

I ordered from tmshelmet. Can't speak as to the quality yet, as they won't be here until Friday. I have to paint them anyway (wasn't smart enough to buy a vivid black bike) so I'm not worried too much about finish. I gathered that the Chinese hardware was the biggest issue, so I dropped the coin on all hd hardware, and cvo pods. Totally forgot the cvo grilles, an egs gauge hole plugs though. Going to be running soundstream & 2 pair of db6501's

Are there any cosmetic differences between these and the HD lowers? I've kicked the idea around of getting them in vented and with gloveboxes. I think I can use the HD glovebox in some of these.

For those with questions, here are a few pics of the Chinese lowers and a hardware list from Harley. I was short two of #7716, so order four. Also added the magnetic flaps and liners.
