Default SE 4 inch Street Cannons

Just installed them on my 2014 FLHXS. I have tried to get an idea of how they sounded on youtube but that didn't work. Finally heard them on a road king at Panama City FL HD. I was sold. They have a deep sound without that raspy noise and wake up when you get on the throttle. They are perfect on long rides. I have experienced several kinds of exhaust and the Screaming Eagle Street Cannons hit the mark. Don't get me wrong, still got my 06 road king bar hopper with some Freedom Performance fishtails. Just saying.

Wonder if these would be too loud with duals?

Anything will be louder with true duals. I had true duals on my 2008 streetglide and was running rush with 2inch baffles. They were a little loud. I am done with loud. I would try some stock exhaust on the true duals. I am leaving my 2014 FLHXS stock other than the slipons.

I have the SE 4" Street Cannons on my limited. I really like the sound. The only thing I don't like is that they are 2" longer than stock mufflers & stick out a little further than I want, but WTH, that's price you pay for a decent sound I guess.

Make sure you push the exhaust onto the header pipe as far as it can go. I agree with you, they stick out a little but they sound great.

I also have SE Street Cannons on my 2013 FLHX and got very little sound improvement until I drilled out the Cat last weekend. Wow what a difference, really nice Rrrumble. It may be a little loud for some people though.

I haven't done anything else to the motor including NO air cleaner changes yet. And yes they do stick out a couple of inches more than some other mufflers. I have the SE Street Cannon Revolvers.

I have them, I love them, and beyond them, my bike is staying stock.

I have heard nothing but good things about these. I'm planning to put them on in early March as a birthday present to myself.
