I too am a fan of the Street Cannons. Put a set on my RK last spring and am extremely satisfied with them. Just what I was looking for.

I have the Street Performance mufflers on mine; I think they are similar, just for different years. I went with them mainly because of the looks, but wound up liking the sound, too.

I put them on my '14 Limited and am very pleased with them. I even decided to keep the stock headpipe with cat on to run them and I have a decatted one in my garage. I think they are perfect with stock head pipes and may well be too darn loud with duals or a decatted headpipe. Local dealer service mgr told me several customers regretted putting on duals or using a decatted headpipe with these since it got too loud

I have the Cannons on my 14 Limited with the stock header pipe also. I really wanted to get an S&S header pipe without a cat to get rid of the heat generated from the cat. I'm also concerned the Cannons will be too loud without the cat. The Cannons are perfect as is for long highway touring. I would hate to ruin that experience with a de-catted header pipe, as much as I would love to get rid of the heat from the cat. I'm torn.

I had 4" jackpots from my other bike on my new bike now, otherwise I'd probably go with those. Heard them on a few bikes, and they rumble nicely.

I was thinking of the fish tail tips kinda of like the ole school look but if they stick out past the end of the bike farther then stock correctly installed may have to rethink that, want to keep my ankles when I stumble around the garage. But the ankles are a long way from the heart !

It's like everything else, so it's up to your personal taste. I thought my Cannons sounded good to me but others who were around me said there was very little difference from stock mufflers when the cat was still installed.

But the combination of no cat (or headers I guess) with SE Street Cannons is a noticeable rumble. Also now that I removed the cat, there is no going back. I always ride with ear plugs anyway.

I have a set for sale also in black with the round tips, and the piece that covers the hanger bolts. They're basically brand new, only used about 50 miles. PM me if interested.
