14 SGS Head Bearing Adjustment

14 SGS Head Bearing Adjustment
Anybody adjust their head bearings yet?
I'm getting a wobble at high speeds when riding aggressively that I don't get on my buddy's 14 SGS and I think it's my head bearing.
I have the service manual and I "think" I understand the new procedure but I'm not sure. Looks pretty simple to adjust just 1 pinch bolt and a ratchet extension up the lower neck.
Not sure I understand the new measurement system and based on the arrows in the service manual it looks like the threads are backwards and left is to tighten?

Does the manual describe the fall away test?. It's usually a sure fire way to tell if it's your neck bearing or not. I had the same problem you're having on my 13'. Turned out to be the fork end clamp on my right fork had vibrated loose....... Loc-title and a torque wrench solved the issue after I checked the fall away

New necks have a different fall a way which I never use any of them. You "feel" the bearing if you know how to do it. If not just use their wheel swing method.
The bolt on top is really a 1/2 of a steering stem that threads into the welded in bottom triple tree steering stem that has a threaded socket so the top bolt can thread into it. There are steering stem clamp bolts on the top tree that need to be loosened first. This set up has nothing to do with a 1986~2013 set up.
It looks something like this but not exactly. This is just a mock up tool but you get the idea.

Yes the service manual describes the fall away test but it seems to be missing some detail.
It also has arrows showing the direction you rotate the stem bolt which based on the photo and label looks like rotating it left, counter clockwise, tightens it.
I want to give it an 8th of a turn and ride it again but now I'm not sure what direction.
