Here is a picture of la choppers twin peaks 12 in. I have them as straight up and down as I can in this picture. A little higher than I anticipated but perfect now that they're on. I'm 5'8" and my arms are just slightly above parallel when I'm slouching, about parallel when sitting straight up.

Of all the ape hangers I've put on my road kings, Carlini's Flying Apes have been the best in finish, fit and durability.Their apes for street glides are called Gangster Apes. Check them out.

If you're doing anything less then 12's you're gonna block the mirrors. I am 5'6" short and I went with Cyclesmith 13's. They are mocked up just started the install. Makes my arms even with my shoulders and doesn't cover my mirrors.

I am 6' with long arms. I went with the LA Choppers Prime Apes that are 13's. I have had these for two riding seasons and they are perfect.

Do you have to change the cables or wires with the LA Coppers 10 inch twin peak apes?

Unless you reroute your clutch cable, you will have to get a longer one. Reroute it and your good with all the stock lines and wiring. I personally would get a +4 clutch cable though.

I haven't had to change or reroute clutch cable at all on the 10" Twin Peaks but I will admit its at its limits.

For the twin peak 12's, I got a +4 clutch and kept the routing same as stock. I was able to use the stock brake lines though. I have my bars as straight up and down as possible though.

Very cool J, that's gonna look great. I'm sure we'll see the results soon.
