But yeah, I do a check at all three and then order from whoever is cheapest. Sometimes I'll even call the local dealer and ask them if they will match the prices. It's worked once....

Internet orders, in addition to the price discounts, can save tax and shipping charges. So they are a good option. However, if your local guy is offering that same 20% discount, I might go with him if I needed it now, for ease of returning, or for warranty on parts exchanges. You will pay sales tax but remember he is a tax collector, not a tax creator.
