Question Gauges Fogging

I rode my Street Glide in a torrential downpour it's now 2 months later and almost every time I take the bike out my gas gauge and oil gauge fog up...they clear after riding a bit...any solutions?

easiest solution is to live with it. I won't say "they all do it" but in my experience, all of mine have and I've lived with it and never had issues other than the fog that clears as you said.

Nope. They all do it.
These ain't aircraft grade or marine grade gauges. Their good ol motor company gauges. They all do it under various conditions.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Harley Davidson, Their gauges have been fogging for 25 years that I know of. You would think they would find a fix by now wouldn't you? Some things in Milwaukee never change.

Welcome to the club. My '06 gauges have fogged since day 1. It's what sets Harleys apart from the others.

What do you expect for $20K? That said, my 08 FLHT doesn't. But all my RoadKings did.

Park it in the sun until it dries out. Yes they all do that.

My 09 SG does it too. Just keep your eyes on the road and enjoy the ride. You know they are going to dry out anyways

It is a quaint affectation of a nostalgic relic. Get one with the 50's!
