Here is the adhesive.

Supposedly some of the new comp assemblies are already showing signs of breaking down. I'm adding a Compensaver oiling tray to mine as a precaution.

The "new" compensator is the same exact one they have been putting on since the 103s came out except they have that ridiculous glue in oil director thingy that everyone is writing about. Really? A glue on part for a 100hp power transmission component?! It is the same piece of crap that has been failing since the start. Mine started making the noise at 1400 mi. and the MOCO said it was "normal". WTF! I'm putting up with the noise until Darkhorse comes out with theirs. Why waste time and fluid replacing a defective part with the identical part w/ a bell and whistle.

the new compensator has holes drilled in the retaining nut and it's suppose to funnel oil into the sprocket assembly. some old thing, bad design and just wait until those needle bearing find their way into everything when they come apart. they need to go back to the design they used in the 80's and 90's

I did my 1000 mile check on the 2014 I installed a couple months ago, so far so good.
It's not noisy and has been running smooth since install.
If Kutter isn't selling the glue anymore the more expensive option would be to order a 2014 primary cover that already has the new cup molded in to the cast.
The one I glued in still looks perfect, glad I purchased before Kutter stopped selling!
