Has anyone converted their tour pak on an 07' ultra to the removable style? I haven't been able to get a straight answer from the dealer if I will lose the adjustability I now have fore and aft.

Just to clarify, I'm pretty straight with the hardware and installation, just not sure if the two up detachable tour pak rack will allow the 'adjustable' mounting that is built into the newer tour paks.

Granted it's not much, but its something.

You can buy the kit from harley to change everything over. Not cheap but what is at HD[:@] Do a search here and you will find what you are looking for.

 

I've got a pretty good handle on the hardware that is involved, just tryin to figure out if the newer style tourpaks that are adjustable are still 'adjustable' with the two up detachable tour pak rack.

 

It will not affect adjustability. I adjusted mine back while I installed the Harley kit.
