I looked at slipgrip the problem I have is when I go to the mounts for my phone the moto x all the pictures they have don't show a holder that looks like it is for my phone. Also all the holders look like mount type is just setting on the case

I tried calling them and could not get anyone

look close at slipgrips pictures. They look like they are just glueing various mounts to belt clips.

look at the image below. They show a Moto X phone with a mount that the camera holes do not line up. and the 4 hole mount does not shoe scres to mount it. Every image they have for the Moto X shows a case that eh camera hole doesn't line up.

Yes they use a 17 mm ball socket same as Garmin and other GPS. Over 4000 miles and no vibration not slippage may be glue but it works well.

So I don't have worry about what it looks like, and I can mount it where I want for the day. It's pretty cool, J&P also has a video about it. Here's the link if you still want to check it out.

You're welcome. When I seen it I thought, "hey, that's pretty cool." Plus, I want to say they make different diameters for different uses, I also seen where they mounted it to the middle of a car's steering wheel. What I like the most is I can take it off when I'm not using it.

THANK YOU!! I've been looking for the manufacturer of this mount for a good long while. I had one on my SG before I went with 1.25" apes and haven't been able to find them. It's a good day..

So far, I've been digging my Rokform case, the built in magnet works pretty well. Haven't tried it on the bike tank while moving yet, but I just ordered the stick on magnetic mount to put it right in the center of my tank. I also have the stick on twist lock mount, so once I get them both I'll compare and see which one I want to use. I just didn't want to go with the bar mount. I'll post pics when I get them both.
