My thoughts exactly!

Not really into 2-tones either.

I'd go with the Limited. I'm one of those that said I'd never own a bagger, a geezer glide if you will. Then I saw a 97 Heritage Classic, in blue, that I couldn't live with out. This was as close to a bagger as I wanted to be. Took a few long trips with folks riding Ultras and Goldwings. The wife wanted one of "those seats". And the "trunk" option looked handy. Plus, we always had to ride in the middle of the pack because we had no communications. The ol' CB is great when riding in groups. So, in 2008 (would have waited a year if I'd of only known) I bought my first ever brand spankin new HD! (see below) Best riding bike I've ever owned! I've never took the lowers off, wouldn't want to be without the CB for the times when riding with others, the tour pac is too handy to ever take off, so the Limited is the bike for me. If I was only concerned with looks, I'd go with the SG or some kind of custom.

I went with the Ultra. It had the color I wanted (Midnight Pearl) and I also didn't want the heated grips as I knew I would put apes on it. And quite frankly, it was what I could afford.

Its your bike. Decide what fits your criteria and budget and go with it. My .02

Got to agree with you on that one. Have a plan in place to remedy both on mine.
