It really comes down the what you are looking for. As far as quality, we offer a lifetime warranty on our stainless head pipes, and performance wise it comes down to the collector design. Jackpot head pipes feature our exclusive tandem flow collector and overall design that has been proven extensively in many combinations, both on the dyno and in real world testing.
Here is a picture of our Jackpot stainless 2/1/2 with HTC ceramic coating, there is also a wide range of dyno charts at www.jackpotmufflers.com including 2014 bikes

I'd get something with a crossover either X or H both are good choices and also look for dual O2 sensors for tuning. Several good choices already mentioned for a Stage 1 or 2 build there's very little performance difference between them certainly nothing you'll notice on the road.

Ceramic coatings are over-rated a not a must have in my book. I am currently running the the Cobra PowerPort Duals and I am happy with them but if I did it over I'd probably go FuelMoto or S&S for the dual O2 sensors.

FuelMoto 2-1-2. Retaining the stock look was a consideration. I don't think the ceramic is necessary. Stainless has a llw from FM although I doubt you would need to use it. Very well made and fit like a glove.

Ive decided on a Power Vision.

Headpipe comes down to 2 choices

1. Jackpot Stainless Ceramic Coated 2/1/2 Price 578.
2. Rush High Output True Duals (They have a Collector - Scavenger)

The Rush are a little less expensive, but not enough to matter. One thing I notice is the Rush comes with its on heat shields and has the appearance of
2 distinct pipes. The Jackpot reuses Stock Heat shields and looks stock..
hmmmm

Which do you all think will perform, last, sound and look better ????

Thanks
Vance Hines True Duals $415 on ebay from Eastern Performance
Thats the way I went

The features offered by this pipe and the obvious quality coupled with proven performance is what sold me on these pipes.

Like anyone else, I did my best to look at all the features, recommendations of people using the different pipes I was looking at, and dyno sheets.

But I also looked to the pro tuners and what they had to say about how a given pipe tunes and the power it made. I was looking for something that provided good low & mid range torque.

I narrowed my choice to the Power Duals and the FuelMoto 2-1-2.

The ceramic coating might be overkill, but it was my choice for finish. The extra bungs for additional sampling while tuning I thought was desirable as well.

I'll post dyno sheets next month.

Just my $.02.

The Jackpot header is working great for me, Fuel Moto service is great, and if you break a bracket on one of the stock heat shields, they are not hard to find.... my middle shield sheared a bracket, 50.00 at dealer for a take off replacement shield. I suspect finding aftermarket heat shields will be a bigger challenge. This is something I had not thought of until it came up, maybe a minor thing, however the performance of my header is not.. 2 sets of O2 bungs is great for self-tuners as well. Good luck with whichever you choose...

I've had the Jackpot 2-1-2 head pipe on the 2010 Ultra since January 2011 and about 20,000 miles. I can tell you, I'd buy it again. It's a super high quality piece and it makes great power.

I don't know much about the Rush pipe and certainly not knocking it, but from my experience the Jackpot 2-1-2 and the FM service and support lives up to everything FM advertises. You'll have no disappointments with the Jackpot pipe.
