Default need help on front end for a 14 SG, manual maybe?

Took my front end apart and I'm going back together but I have 2 questions I cant find in my 2013 catalog (the front end is different) thanks for your help. take care, paul

1. How much fork oil in each tube?

2. What's the torque for the bottom bolt that goes up into the fork? I guess you could maybe call it the drain bolt?

As per the service manual.
1. Clamp fork vertical
2. Remove sleeve, spacer, and spring from fork tube.
3. Pour slightly more than 24oz (710cc) type E fork oil directly into fork tube
4.slowly pump fork tube until some resistance is felt. Then pump a few more times.
5. Adjust metal ring of fork oil level Guage to 95mm or 3.74 inches.
6. With the fork tube bottomed in the fork slider, insert Guage until metal ring sits flush on top.
7. Draw oil from fork with plunger. If no oil is drawn, add a small amount and repeat.
8. Extend fork, install spring, spacer, and sleeve (tighter wound coils at bottom).
9. Clamp fork tube in holder
10. Install fork tube plug (top plug), tighten to 22-59 ft-lbs.
11. Install fork in motorcycle.

The bottom plug..before you start the above process. Apply pressure to the spring and tighten screw to 30-37 ft-lbs.

It also says to apply loctite 565 to that bottom screw along with a new copper washer.
