February is a good time to go to Maui as it won't be too crowded and the weather is always great, but be prepared for some showers.
As others have said, the Lahaina HD is not too bad to rent from and they should have most 2014s. I would call ahead at least a few weeks to reserve the model you like to rent. As I recall, the rates are about 159/day for the touring bikes and slightly less for the softtails. You probably will get a discount for 3+ days. With fees, tax and insurance you're looking at around 200/day.
Great island to explore. The eastern highways are very winding and the western side is more tame.
You wanna adopt me for a week in February! I'll behave, I promise. If not then have a great time!

I rented a Street Glide from Harley dealership for few days I enjoyed riding the whole island while family enjoy the beaches and snorkeling . I don't care for snorkeling or tasting the salty water except the scenic ride I put close to 400 miles on that bike. Pack your own gear or least rain gear to enjoy the rainy part of the island total cost was close to $ 1000.

I have rented from Eagle Rider in Kaanapali/North Lahaina, the small satellite Harley on the south end of Lahaina, and the main Harley in Kahului not too far from the airport. I recommend comparing rates/bikes when you get to the island. There are always bikes available and you can negotiate the best rate (don't book via the Internet). In addition to circling West Maui (drive from Kapalua to Kahului), driving to Hana, driving up Haleakaka, don't overlook riding the Up Country area. Always be ready for rain (especially on the road to Hana). If your new to Maui, go whale watching (Feb is whale season) and if your looking for something to do in the evening check out Warren & Annabeles (north end of Lahaina). SJ Ron

Cycle City Harley, Maui
I just read an article about a Maui Harley rental and trip in the Feb 2014 edition of "Baggers" magazine. It was a great article with many tips. Definitely try to do the Hana Highway. I have done it in a car but never on a bike. The article talks all about it.
