Default I gave up on this wheel....

Thanks for the help guys. So after checking the rim last night, you guys were right, it is a rear wheel. So now I have two rear wagon wheels. Both have brand new 1" bearings in them. One has the 140/90-16 for the rear and the other has a 130/90-16. Both are brand new Michelin Commander II's. Now what to do with the extra rear wheel with a front tire mounted on it? I ended up buying a new takeoff 18" x 3.5" front Airstrike on ebay last night. Now to find a 25mm axle and spacers. ;-)

Peel the front tire off and sell both on Craigslist.

While the rear rotor bolts are 3/8, the sprocket bolts are 7/16. If it is 3/8 on both sides, Sounds like it is a front someone drilled and tapped for rear rotors or drilled the front rotors too?? I believe front and rear offsets are different too?

Right it is 7/16 and 3/8 on the other. It's a rear for sure. Glad I didn't have my new rotors drilled as I was getting ready to. I did drill out 2 of the holes in the rotor to 3/8, before I ruined two 3/8 bits on the stainless rotor. I'll still use them with the proper 5/16 bolts on the new wheel.
