Timing cover adjustment?

Timing cover adjustment?
Does anyone know if the timing cover itself can be adjusted? I have an 11' RKC and want to put the "103" cover on it, but noticed the cover on it now isn't exactly flush to the ground. It needs to be rotated about 1/2" to 3/4" counter clockwise to be straight. I am assuming the cover screws directly into the casing and there is no room for such an adjustment. Any ideas out there in HarleyLand? Thanks!

And...thank you all for looking at it. I suspect there is no remedy for this. I will probably get the Harley Davidson Motor Co cover (HD part 25338-99) and matching timer cover instead. The misalignment wouldn't be as obvious. HOW this isn't straight, I'll never know, but I will adapt and overcome.

Granted...I possess a level of anality that is almost unparralled in human history, but to me, that cover/emblem should be level with the ground. Perhaps the motor has a slight tilt to it that I am not seeing. My idea of it being "level" may be trumped by intentional design by HD. Now that I look at the rocker boxes...there does seem to be a "lean" forward.
