I am having the bar and shield "ghosted in" so it will only be visible from certain angles an din light. At night the bike will look black. In the sun, it will look almost a rootbeer color.

Started with black metallic basecoat, flames ghosted in silver, then oversprayed all with candy tangerine, ghost in the emblems and about three coats of clear, then wet sand all, then three more coats.

 

Very nice! Gonna be one mean looking ride.

Cool flames, they were popular when I was a teen in the 60's and they still are today, you can't go wrong with flames.

That's really SWEET! What color is that base color? Do you know? Looks great!

 

I only had my tank done with flames. My Wife wants the entire bike flamed. Once she sees your post and pics it is gonna be hard to keep from sending everything off. Looking good....

This is the second bike I have had painted Attitude, would not have gone back if the work was not exceptional. Scott and Jody are great to deal with. I am actually going to get to meet them next week as I have business in St. Pete, Fl so I will actually get to visit my tins while the finishing touches are being put on.

The base is a black mettalic, the key is the candy tangerine overtop of the balck and ghosted silver flames. Attitude Custom Painting specializes in flames, and afterall, what is a bike without flames? Here is a pic of my last bike, also flamed and also painted by Attitude.
