It was a beautiful sunny day here today and somewhere between 50-55 degrees but our road was still wet with some ice remaining and our "main" county road has salt residue remaining so a ride was out of the question.
I only saw one "brave soul" riding his Harley on Saturday.
Happy for those who had the opportunity and took advantage of the break in the weather.
Yep! 55 here in Jersey yesterday. Took her out for a nice spin along the Palisades. Saw a few other riders on my ride. SO great to get out in December.
Sorry guys but here in central Florida it was 72 and the riding was great. Truly feel for everyone up North and the lousy winter weather. Come see us for bike week and enjoy your selves. The days are getting longer and we'll hope for an early spring. Hang in there.
Not only I took it for a ride, but it was delivered today. That was a lucky day. So much to discover and enjoy now. Hoping for some nice glimpses between now and spring to keep it warm and running.
That's pretty cool......the Harley Gods were watching!
These type of threads drive me friggin' crazy! It didn't crack 32 here today, and even if I did want to freeze my azz off on a ride I *wouldn't* want to subject my bike to the corrosive, molasses -- like **** they dump all over the roads here.
I HATE winter! I need to move ....
Sorry man........doesn't happen here that often either, that's why I shared! It was below 10 degrees for the better part of last week so to see on my phone that it was going to hit 60 with no precip I could not believe it!
