What is worse than installing circlips on CP pistons
Nothing!!! Got one installed on each slug...on the bench. Can't wait to do the other ones when they are on the rods.. PITFA..

You can get hurt if one shoot out on install. I did some JE's that were worse. Mike

I have a Harley piston circlip installer tool, had it for about 12 years now, works bitchin. What's really a pita is the spiral loc circlips.

Was going to buy one but I read it may not work on some aftermarket pistons. A hundred bucks and I didn't want to chance it...

I did the fuel moto method on my S&S 106 BIG BORE and didn't think it was to bad, wiring my yaffe monkey bagger bars was ten times more of a pain to me!
