Default Kuryakyn Chrome Switch Housing Covers

Has anyone used the Kuryakyn Chrome Switch Housing covers. Part 7828. For use on a 2012 Ultra. Look fine to me. I have used other Kuryakyn stuff and got along fine. Why are the Harley covers twice as much? I was wondering if there is a difference in how they are made. They look the same. I have seen others criticize Kuryakyn, but it has worked good for me.

I don't think you can get the "cover" type from Harley. They sell the actual housing which requires the wiring and switches to be reinstalled.

Sanman do you have a picture of the backs of them?

I'm sorry, I misunderstood. Forget the covers. Mine are the actual housings.

I'm sure they work fine, they are not exactly the same shape as the stock ones but the price is considerable different as well. If you don't care if they are not harley oem then use them. Some people would prefer the oem parts if possible I might be one of them, but its personal preference.

No difference other than price...compare Kury VS OEM.

Been using the Kury housings 5 years, all switches fit right in. Buy the Kury and save the money.
