Default Anyone using the Fairing wings/air deflectors ?

I purchased a set of these unfortunatly its too dam cold to try em out but for you guys already using them what is your experience ? I have the fork deflectors I'm wondering if this is duplicating the job that the fork deflectors are doing.

I have them on my 09 SG. They helped out a bit but not a drastic improvement.

I have both fairing and fork deflectors. Fairing deflectors don't do much. The New style fork mounted deflectors do a great job of keeping the updraft off your chest and virtually eliminate beard lift.

I the adjustable ones and like them. You can direct air flow up towards your body on hot days. I also have the fork deflectors, but only put them on in the winter. Regardless, I don't think you'd be overdoing it using both.

Mine are adjustable and ya can sure tell if they are opened or closed. I think they do a lot.

i have the adjustable ones, they came on the bike. they definitely do a good job of pushing air at you on a hot day if you put them that way.. i really have no reference as to if they block more air. dont really like the way they look but thats subjective

I have 'em and I like 'em. I think they help minimize the turbulence. I was a little surprised when they didn't come with screws.

I'm using the Kuryakyn Dragon Wings along with the HD Half Moon fork baffle.

That and the right height of windshield help a whole lot.

I had them were ok I found I never opened them, after I removed the kury fork baffles cause the lowers wouldn't work with them plus I wanted more air to the motor ended up with this set up perfect now no buffeting once again can wear my ball cap at 80
