Default lowering a 2014 ultra classic

can i lower the front of my 2014 ultra classic by moving the fork tubes up some in the triple tree? is it safe and will it affect the handling of my bike? thanks

I've done that on another brand bike with no ill effects. It's more a case of how much room there is available inside the fairing to do that. I was able to move them about 3/8" which had no ill effects whatever.
