Lights are for Christmas trees. Although, I must admit that I have seen a couple of bikes that looked ok with them, and they were pure show bikes.The majority don't look good at all to me. Reminds of the fad when some folks put those neon lights on the undercarriage of cars. Those looked pretty cheesy to me too!

It's all about taste.
You like em, put em on, you don't like em don't put em on.
Me,I can live with or without them.(I have kicked the idea around and haven't really decided yet)I have seen them done very tastefully and they look great, and I have seen them over done and they look like trash.
Afterall, we are talking about a Harley.
And tradition and timeshows, that folks have done some pretty amasing things making a Harley thier own.
And it also has shown that some folks have absolutely strange tastes when it comes to customizing.
But to each thier own, and if they like it, thats what really matters.
You like em, put em on, you don't like em don't put em on.

Interesting replies... even some juvenile schoolyard namecalling. A simple "It isn't for me", or "I don't like them" is enough without the flaming and bashing, insinuating that anyone who has them is gay or a RUB. GROW UP!

I bought a couple of LED light pods from Advance Auto Parts and put one on the back of the air cleaner and one on the back of the horn. I wired it to the accessory switch Now everything in the "V" glows red for 20 bucks.

And today I am working on installing some Alpena Hyper LED's for tour pak and saddlebag illumination. They were on the same rack, and as i was looking at them came up with the ideaI am working on.
