If you like them fine, but IMO its like a billboard saying im a RUB, LOOK AT MY KOOL BIKE, DON'T YOU WISH YOU WERE AS KOOL AS I AM[sm=happybounce.gif]Not for me, but to each their own. As for the pic of bike with blue lights, you wouldnt last 30 minutes in georgia, only law enforcement are allowed to run blue lights here.Up to 1000 dollar fine and/or 1 year in jail.

Ya know, Ialways wonderedwhat the hell is wrong with being a RUB? You use that acronym as an insult.
I'm not rich, but I dont miss no meals, if you know what I mean. I guess I have the wherewithall to buy a Harley, so in some peoples books, that makes me rich. But I've lived on both sides of the tracks, and I still dont have all my rough edges polished off.
Urban? guilty as charged. Actually, sub-urban, as I live in a subdivision on the outskirts of St. Louis.
Biker? Dependes on definition. I am not a true biker (in the 1%er style), nor do I want to be, nor do I portray myself as one. I'm just a motorcyclist who chose a Harley as my ride. The whole 'biker' lifestyle aint for me.
Yes, I too laugh at those soft guys who bought into the whole 'lifestyle' when they got their bikes. Probably the harshest thing they do all day is try to decide between the half-caf double whip mocha latta, or the Grande Espresso with a caramel shot.
So by most peoples standards, I fall into the RUB category, but I feel its unfair to lump guys like me in with posers like that.

Jeez I'm so tired of you crybabys with the RUB thing. If he likes em thats it,it doesn,t make him anything. I think the idiots who keep the RUB thing going are the people who were picked on in school and hide behind a keyboard with a "COOL" name like "GUNRUNNER".

For those who are interested, Boogy lights are a class act. I recently got them installed (WHITE) and they accent the chrome nicely. I'm not a fan of the blue/red/green/orange/etc... I think to show off chrome, which was my point, the plain white does very well.
Boogy.com very good group. They have very helpful videos for those who might be less than current on wiring of things things.

With the average price of a bagger (this is bagger section) being 20K, and 99% of the buyers buying them as a hobby. To the average guy who dreams of owning a Bike of any kind thats what RICH is, I consider poor the guy that works his *** off 6-7 days a week and his only hobby is watching Nascar on his tv he bought in 1990. So to bad if you fall into what the RUB stands for these days, most of us do.
