good question, I tried to patent one but my lawyer looking into it said they would just look at it,,, say thanks and make one themselves a touch different..... so there went my million dollar idea, lol. paul

you need one of these

Then just simply wire the volt meter into the line, solder and put shrink tube over it. when you hook it up to the bike youshould see voltage, if not then flip it and use the other end. Then mark that end so you don't have to do it again. paul

I didn't notice that when I placed the order, and I hate waiting!
Haven't looked to see if there is a US seller. Anyway, I remind myself, I lived this long without it...lol
Thanks again for the great idea Hanny. I'm thinking of leaving mine on the bike so I can monitor voltage from time to time.
