Number 2. Doesn't really explain well but it looks like he used a simple hole saw.

He didn't mention what size hole saw was used. Any idea what size??

I removed my baffles from my 13 SG. I didn't notice any power loss no popping, its not so loud that anyone gets mad at me and everyone including a dealer salesman says it sound as good as any aftermarket slipon. Here is a video stock and after the removal of my baffles. The sound quality is not good do to the echo effect of my garage.

Nope. I used a cut off wheel and cut the baffles away from the weld, then i had to grind some of the weld down to remove the baffles. Its very easy.
And like i said, the sound is not bad at all. It does not pop in deceleration nore do they sound tinny, if any thing they have a deep sound at idle and a nice bark when you give it gas. I'm very happy with it and i didn't have to spend 3, 4, 5 hundred to get to that point.
